Trust & Safety

Trust Framework

In plain language

Rankings, placement and badges are never sold. Ratings come only from published reviews, and TSA's own relationships with agencies do not change what you see.

Independence

  • Placement, ranking and search ordering cannot be bought.
  • Claimed and verified status cannot be bought, and neither improves an agency's position.
  • Rotation of featured agencies on the homepage is automated and does not consider any commercial or personal relationship.
  • TSA staff must not decide moderation, claim or verification cases involving an agency they are connected to.

How ratings work

An agency's score is the average of the overall ratings on its published reviews, shown alongside the number of reviews so you can judge how much weight it carries. Reviews that were never published, or that were removed for a policy breach, are not counted. Removing a review does not adjust history retroactively in the agency's favour beyond excluding that review.

Agencies with no reviews are shown as having none. TSA does not generate, estimate or import placeholder ratings.

What our signals mean

  • Listed — researched and published by TSA from public information.
  • Claimed — a representative proved control of the agency's domain and was approved.
  • Verified — TSA checked identity evidence about the agency.
  • Relationship labels on reviews (brand, creator, employee, contractor) — declared by the reviewer, so you can weigh context.
  • Contribution badges — earned automatically from a member's own activity, never awarded for tone or for praising an agency.

None of these is a quality rating

Trust signals describe process and provenance. The reviews themselves are the quality signal.

Content integrity

  • Reviews are screened before publication and can be re-examined after a report.
  • Reports never remove content on their own, and volume of reports does not affect the outcome.
  • Agencies can respond publicly but can never edit, hide or delete a review.
  • Anonymous reviewers are protected from the public and from the agency, and moderation actions are audit-logged.

Where our knowledge ends

TSA reports what reviewers say and what we can verify about identity. We do not audit an agency's financials, contracts or campaign results, and a profile on TSA is a starting point for your own due diligence rather than a substitute for it.
